Aanbetaling

Aanbetalingen zijn onder geen enkele omstandigheid restitueerbaar.

 

Annuleringsbeleid

Afspraken kunnen kosteloos worden verplaatst tot 48 uur voor de afspraak. Bij verplaatsing binnen 48 uur wordt de aanbetaling ingehouden. Let op: aanbetalingen worden nooit terugbetaald. Annuleer je de afspraak zonder een nieuwe te plannen, dan vervalt de aanbetaling.

 

No-show beleid

Niet komen opdagen zonder afzegging wordt gezien als een no-show. Je aanbetaling vervalt en je dient het resterende bedrag via iDEAL te betalen voordat je een nieuwe afspraak kunt maken. Voor een nieuwe afspraak boek je opnieuw via de website inclusief een nieuwe aanbetaling.

 

Op tijd komen

Kom op tijd, niet te vroeg en zeker niet te laat. Ben je meer dan 5 minuten te laat, dan kan de afspraak vervallen en daarmee ook je aanbetaling. Bij 10 minuten te laat wordt de afspraak automatisch geannuleerd en dien je 50% van het totaalbedrag alsnog te betalen.

 

Cadeaubonnen

Je kunt nu ook een fysieke cadeaubon aanschaffen! Stuur me een bericht of e-mail om er een te kopen, of kom langs in de winkel. Kies zelf het bedrag en geef het cadeau aan iemand die een afspraak met mij wil plannen.

Deposits

All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

 

Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. If you reschedule within 48 hours, your deposit will be retained. Please note: deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancelling without rescheduling means the deposit is forfeited.

 

No-show Policy

If you fail to show up without notifying me, this is considered a no-show. Your deposit will be forfeited, and you’ll need to pay the remaining 50% via iDEAL before booking a new appointment. Any new appointment must be booked through this site, including a new deposit.

 

Punctuality

Please arrive on time—neither too early nor too late. Being more than 5 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment and loss of your deposit. If possible, I will try to shorten the appointment, but this is not guaranteed. After 10 minutes, the appointment will be canceled, and 50% of the total amount will still be due.

 

Gift Vouchers

You can now purchase a physical gift voucher! Message or email me to get one, or stop by in person. You can choose the amount and gift it to someone special. Once they receive it, they can book an appointment by contacting me directly.
