Deposit
Deposits are always final. No exceptions.

 

Cancellation Policy
You can reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.
Within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.
Cancel without rescheduling? Your deposit is lost.

 

No-Show
Not showing up without notice counts as a no-show.
Your deposit is forfeited.
You must pay the remaining balance via iDEAL before booking a new appointment.
New appointments must be booked through the website with a new deposit.
